Brittany Murrey

Brittany Murrey is the Executive Vice President, Talent Solutions at Per Scholas. In this role, Brittany leads Per Scholas' Talent Solutions team, partnering with over 850 employer organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups to build sustainable talent pipelines. She oversees sales operations, including forecasting, refining customer journeys, and training the sales team. Brittany collaborates with training and development teams to incorporate in-demand tech skills such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and IT Support, helping businesses close the skills gap through Per Scholas' national training programs and 20+ campuses.

Brittany brings extensive experience in business and workforce development. She has advised employers on attracting and engaging diverse talent and improving career pathways for individuals from underserved communities. Her career began in financial services, where she spent over a decade serving Los Angeles as a financial services professional and building high-performing teams. Most recently, Brittany played a key role at the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), launching an employer advisory department focused on improving career pathways for job seekers facing employment barriers.

Brittany is passionate about advancing economic mobility for individuals with barriers to employment and leading impactful teams. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master's of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Based in Los Angeles, Brittany is married and the proud mother of two.
