President

Caitlyn Brazill is President of Per Scholas, a national nonprofit organization providing no-cost, employer-aligned technology training. She assumed the role in April 2025 and is responsible for advancing the organization's strategy, operations, and long-term sustainability. Caitlyn oversees efforts to expand access to high-growth tech careers across urban, suburban, and rural communities while strengthening partnerships with employers, policymakers, and community stakeholders. 

Caitlyn joined Per Scholas in 2017 and previously served as Chief Revenue Officer, leading the development of the organization's revenue and communications strategies. Over her nine-year tenure, she has played a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth, increasing revenue by over 700%. Prior to Per Scholas, Caitlyn held leadership roles at CAMBA, NYU's Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Across the nonprofit and public sectors, she has focused on fundraising, program design and evaluation, research, policy advocacy, and organizational development.

Caitlyn serves on the inaugural America Forward Policy Council, convened by the America Forward Coalition, and on the A New Promise of Work Advisory Council at the National Skills Coalition, contributing to national conversations on economic mobility and workforce policy. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the "Top 100 Women Leaders in NYC" by Women We Admire. Caitlyn holds a Master's in Public Administration from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and three children.
