Roberto Zeledon is the Chief Marketing Officer at Per Scholas, where he leads the organization's national marketing, brand, and communications strategy. In this role, he oversees efforts to expand reach and deepen engagement with corporate partners, donors, and learners across the country, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that elevates Per Scholas' mission and impact nationwide.
With more than 25 years of experience across both corporate and mission-driven sectors, Roberto began his career building Fortune 500 brands at Xerox, Digitas, and First Marblehead before shifting his focus to social impact. Prior to joining Per Scholas, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Year Up United, where he spent over a decade shaping the organization's national brand, driving large-scale media campaigns, and leading a multi-year rebrand that modernized Year Up's messaging, visual identity, and digital presence.
Throughout his career, Roberto has been dedicated to building brands that create opportunity and access. He has launched national campaigns, elevated organizational presence through major media features, and strengthened brand positioning to reflect evolving missions and goals. Roberto holds a B.S. in Marketing and Law from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College's Carroll School of Management. He lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and daughter.
