Is This Right for You?

  • You may be successful in this training if you want to start or grow a career in cloud computing and you:

    • Have basic computer skills and are ready for an accelerated learning experience.
    • Have patience for hands-on technical labs and working through complex cloud infrastructure.
    • Love exploring new tools and thinking about how they can solve real problems.
    • Can commit 35 hours weekly to instruction, labs, and career prep (plus 10–20 hours studying outside class).

What You'll Learn

  • By the end of the training, you'll be able to:

    • Configure and manage AWS resources for computing, storage, databases, and secure networking.
    • Set up virtual private clouds and manage access rules to keep company files and systems secure.
    • Write basic Python programs to automate routine technical tasks and manage systems efficiently.
    • Diagnose infrastructure issues, read system logs, and troubleshoot connection problems.
    • Use AI tools to research complex technical terms and fix simulated problems, like a missing storage volume.

How You'll Learn

Build confidence by practicing the same types of cloud infrastructure problems you'll encounter on the job.

  • Hands-On Training

You'll learn by doing. In a live cohort with an instructor and classmates, each cloud concept follows a practical learning routine. Your instructor introduces a real-world AWS scenario, demonstrates how the service works, and then guides you as you apply the skill in a hands-on AWS lab. Most of your learning time is spent working directly in the AWS Management Console and cloud sandbox environment. You'll explore core AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail while practicing tasks related to cloud computing, security, networking, storage, monitoring, and cost management.

  • Applied Projects

Throughout the course, you'll complete guided labs, independent activities, and hands-on assessments that let you demonstrate what you've learned and get feedback, building toward AWS Cloud Practitioner–level knowledge.

  • Career Preparation

Throughout the program, you'll complete practical projects, receive instructor feedback, and work one-on-one with career coaches to prepare your resume, practice interviewing, and confidently launch your job search.

Post-Training Jobs

  • After completing the program, those with prior work experience will be prepared to pursue entry-level cloud roles such as:

    • Cloud Support Associate
    • Computer Support Specialist

In these roles, you'll help companies keep their digital platforms secure, online, and working smoothly – setting up access permissions, troubleshooting server connections, monitoring system logs, and managing cloud storage.

  • Your Career Can Grow From Here

Because cloud computing builds on a foundation of general IT, graduates without prior professional tech experience often begin their careers in foundational roles like IT Support Analyst or Computer Support Specialist before advancing into roles such as Cloud Support Associate and eventually more advanced roles like Cloud Engineer, DevOps Administrator, or Network Administrator. Cloud support also creates a strong foundation for future paths in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, or systems engineering.

  • What to Expect

    • Most graduates begin in entry-level positions that may be on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the employer and market.
    • Your first role is the beginning of your cloud career – not the destination.
