What is NextGen IT Support (AI-Powered)?
Every business depends on technology working – and IT Support professionals are the ones who keep it that way.
Build Foundational IT Skills: You'll learn computer hardware, networking, and enterprise support fundamentals through 10 hours per week of live and interactive instruction, 20 hours per week of personalized AI-powered learning, plus hands-on labs and collaborative projects.
Troubleshoot with AI: You'll use AI tools to simulate real-world troubleshooting scenarios and walk through end-user issues before you ever take a real help desk call.
Supercharge Your Job Search: Work directly with dedicated career coaches and leverage AI tools to develop a tailored resume, practice for technical and behavior interviewing, and learn to present your technical skills with poise so you can launch your career with confidence.

Is This Right for You?
You may be successful in this training if you want to start or grow a career in IT and you:
- Have basic computer skills and are ready for an accelerated learning experience.
- Naturally ask, "why isn't this working?" and enjoy finding solutions.
- Are a patient problem solver who enjoys helping others.
- Have taught yourself something before, used online resources to solve a problem, can manage your own schedule, and are curious about using AI as a tool to help you learn – without relying on it to do the work for you.
- Can attend live sessions Monday through Friday from 9–11 AM.
- Are ready to complete about 20 hours per week of AI-led labs, practice, and independent learning.
What You'll Learn
By the end of the training, you'll be able to:
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Configure computers, user accounts, printers, networks, and cloud-based workplace tools.
- Document, prioritize, and resolve technical support requests using ServiceNow.
- Identify common cybersecurity risks and apply best practices to help protect users and organizations.
- Use generative AI tools to research technical issues, improve troubleshooting, and work more efficiently.
How You'll Learn
This program is built for structure and flexibility. You'll join live, instructor-led sessions every weekday morning, Monday to Friday from 9 to 11 AM ET. The rest of your week, about 20 hours, goes into flexible AI-led labs you complete on your own schedule.
Hands-On Training
You'll practice the way real help desk teams work, including tracking and resolving tickets in ServiceNow.
AI-Powered Learning
The AI labs work like a tutor – a good fit if you can manage your own time and want to use AI as a learning tool rather than a shortcut. You'll research issues, work through real troubleshooting scenarios, and get quick feedback to sharpen your habits, while your instructor and classmates give you live support and keep you accountable.
Career Coaching
Prepare for success with mock interviews, resume refreshes, and other job search prep during weekly professional development sessions with a career coach.
Career Opportunities After Training
After completing the program, you'll be prepared to pursue entry-level positions such as:
- IT Support Analyst
- IT Technician
- Computer Support Specialist
In these roles, you'll help people solve technology problems by troubleshooting computers, supporting workplace software, connecting devices to networks, resolving technical support requests, and keeping organizations productive.
Your Career Can Grow From Here
Many graduates begin their careers in IT Support before advancing into specialized technology fields such as IT Security Technician, System Administrator, or Network and Computer Systems Administrator. IT Support builds the technical foundation that opens doors throughout the technology industry, including future paths in cybersecurity, networking, and cloud.
What to Expect
- Most graduates begin in entry-level on-site or hybrid positions while gaining professional experience supporting users and workplace technology.
- Remote entry-level IT positions do exist but are typically more competitive and may require additional experience.
- Your first role is the beginning of your technology career – not the destination.
