Is This Right for You?

  • You may be successful in this training if you want to start or grow a career in Salesforce and you:

    • Have basic computer skills and are ready for an accelerated learning experience.
    • Are a puzzle solver who gets a deep sense of satisfaction from making things more efficient.
    • Are organized and detail-oriented.
    • Can commit 35 hours weekly to instruction, labs, and career prep (plus 10–20 hours studying outside class).

What You'll Learn

  • By the end of the training, you'll be able to:

    • Set up and customize Salesforce objects, applications, and user interfaces to match how a business operates.
    • Automate daily sales and support processes using tools like Flows so teams can work faster.
    • Manage data operations, build reports, and navigate core Sales and Service Cloud features.
    • Identify data security risks and implement access controls to protect sensitive organizational information.
    • Build autonomous agents and improve business workflows using AI tools, including Agentforce.

How You'll Learm

  • Build confidence by practicing the same types of configuration and automation tasks Salesforce Administrators handle every day.

    • Hands-On Training: You'll build a complete Salesforce Org from the ground up – configuring objects, fields, and data models, managing users and data security, and building reports and dashboards. From there, you'll move into automation, using Flows and Approval Processes to automate business workflows, and customization, building Lightning Applications and case management processes in Service Cloud. All of this builds toward the Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator exam, which the course includes 14 days of dedicated review and practice exams to prepare for.
    • AI-Powered Learning: A dedicated Agentforce module teaches you Salesforce's Trusted AI principles, then has you build Prompt Templates and autonomous Agents – including the Agentforce Sales Coach – to support real sales and customer service workflows.
    • Capstone and Career Preparation: You'll close out the program with a capstone project, building a custom application for a client based on real business requirements and delivering user training – the same kind of work you'll show employers as proof you can do the job. Alongside that, you'll work with career coaches to prepare your resume, practice interviewing, and confidently launch your job search.

Career Opportunities After Training

  • After completing the program, you'll be prepared to pursue roles such as:

    • CRM Support Specialist
    • Data Management Specialist
    • Salesforce Platform Administrator
    • Salesforce Business Analyst

In these roles, you'll help sales, service, and operations teams track customer information and run their daily processes efficiently – cleaning up data records, setting up user accounts, creating custom reports, and fixing access issues.

  • Your Career Can Grow From Here

Because Salesforce Administrators have a high level of control over a company's most critical data, many employers hesitate to hire for dedicated Admin roles without prior on-the-job experience. Graduates often begin their careers in general data entry, data management, or CRM support roles before advancing toward Senior Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Operations Manager. CRM administration also creates a strong foundation for future paths in business analysis, data architecture, or technical consulting.

  • What to Expect:

    • Most graduates begin in foundational roles that may be on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the employer and local market.
    • Your first role after training is a vital stepping stone to build trust and real-world experience managing business systems.
