Mentor the Next Generation of Professionals

Champion learners on their career journeys by sharing your unique professional experience and perspective. Invest your time as a Per Scholas mentor, and you'll play a vital role in helping motivated learners navigate today's workforce and achieve economic mobility.

What Does A Mentor Do?

As a mentor, you'll serve as an experienced industry guide and source of encouragement for enthusiastic learners. You'll hold structured conversations, bridging the potentially daunting gap between classroom training and real-life corporate employment. Your support will empower learners to build professional confidence and workplace intelligence, and support the networking skills they'll need to thrive in their chosen niche.
