The Learner Support Team (LST) is an essential part of the Per Scholas experience. LST's licensed Social Worker and Financial Coaches provide proactive, personalized support to help accepted learners overcome barriers, stay on track, graduate, and launch their careers.
Learners who engage with the Learner Support Team are more likely to remain enrolled and successfully complete their training. That's because success isn't only about mastering concepts in the classroom – it's also about having the right supports when challenges arise.

Connect confidentially with a Learner Support Manager (LSM), a licensed social worker, for support with stress management, life changes, mental wellness, healthcare, childcare, community resources, Public Benefit navigation, and more.
Work one-on-one with a Financial Coach to unlock financial support resources, strengthen money skills, and prepare for long-term success.
Go beyond the classroom with interactive workshops on topics like understanding employer benefits, stress management, and more – designed to support the personal and financial well-being of Per Scholas Learners and Alumni.
Regular groups bring learners together to build relationships, connect, share resources, and support one another through the unique experience of Per Scholas and beyond- such as a Millitary Connection hour for military-connected Per Scholas learners and alumni, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
