All individuals with valid U.S. Work Authorization are eligible for enrollment, provided they meet the conditions above. Eligible statuses include, but are not limited to:
- U.S. Citizens
- Lawful Permanent Residents
- Asylees
- Refugees
- Employment Authorization Document (EAD) holders with a non-sponsorship-dependent category
Ineligible EAD Categories
Due to future sponsorship requirements, individuals holding the following EAD categories are ineligible for enrollment:

- F1 (Student visa holders, including OPT/CPT)
- H4 (Dependents of H1B visa holders)
