Per Scholas' no-cost training program is designed to provide instruction in high-growth industries to residents of the St. Louis area. This training is open to anyone who wants to accelerate their career and gain skills and knowledge, regardless of their prior experience or financial resources. We're able to provide no-tuition training through grant funding and do not ever ask for payment or income sharing from our graduates.

Per Scholas training is offered at no cost to eligible learners.

Most Per Scholas St. Louis training programs are approximately 15 weeks. Program length and schedules may vary by course.

Per Scholas St. Louis offers training for in-demand technology careers, including IT Support, Healthcare IT, Data Center and other emerging tech pathways. Programs vary throughout the year.

Previous technology experience is not required for many Per Scholas programs. Admissions requirements vary by training course.

Many training programs prepare learners for industry-recognized technology certifications, with certification opportunities varying by course.

Per Scholas St. Louis offers in-person, remote and hybrid training options depending on the program. Day and evening options may also be available.

Our no-cost training program in St. Louis is open to anyone who meets the income requirements, wants to develop their skills and knowledge in a high-growth sector, and is a resident of the St. Louis metro area (including Illinois). We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels to apply and join our community of learners in St. Louis.

Our courses in St. Louis are 12-16 weeks (3-4 months), depending on the course. The time commitment includes full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday.

Per Scholas does not pay learners to attend training. This is because we offer up to $15k of no-cost technical skills training to each learner as well as 2 years of additional training opportunities, coaching, and professional development. On a case-by-case basis, our learners may be eligible for direct financial assistance. Each learner has a dedicated Learner Support Manager and Financial Coach to support them throughout the course and determine if they are able to receive additional financial resources when available.
